Captain (N) Hugues Canuel was a Naval Warfare Officer aboard HMCS Iroquois in the Persian Gulf after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He returned to Afghanistan in 2011 as part of Op ATTENTION. He discusses the role the Canadian Navy played in allied efforts and daily life in Kabul.
